These terms apply when you use the Helera website and app. They describe what the service does and what you should verify before purchasing or acting on guidance.

About Helera
Helera AS provides guidance to recognise hearing aids, find compatible consumables and solve common problems. The service is practical support and does not replace examination, fitting or medical advice from an audiologist or other healthcare professional.
Scan results and compatibility
Image recognition can produce an incorrect or incomplete suggestion. Check the manufacturer, model, size and part number before ordering or fitting a part. Contact an audiologist or Høvik Hørsel when unsure.
Do not use Helera as the basis for urgent or medical decisions. Contact a healthcare professional for pain, sudden hearing loss or other health concerns.
Account and security
You must provide accurate information, keep one-time codes and signed-in devices secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. A caregiver connection should only be created when both people want it.
Purchases from Høvik Hørsel
Helera does not sell the products shown. When you choose to buy, the Høvik Hørsel webshop opens. The purchase agreement is with Høvik Hørsel, and its prices, stock status, sales terms, delivery, returns and complaint procedures apply.
Permitted use
You may use Helera for personal, lawful purposes. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse the scanner, extract data automatically, or interfere with the service's security or operation.
Copyright and licence
Helera AS owns or is authorised to use the design, text, software, illustrations and other Helera content. You receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the service as intended. Trademarks, product images and third-party content belong to their respective owners.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Helera accessible and stable but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Features, product range and model support may change. Material changes to these terms will be published here with a new date.
Liability and statutory rights
Helera AS remains responsible under mandatory Norwegian law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer. Helera is not responsible for the Høvik Hørsel webshop or other external services, but we will correct errors in our own product links when notified.
